Refund Policy

When a fee can come back, and when access is the remedy instead.

Before classes open

If you paid and have not yet been given course access, ask within 48 hours of payment. We refund the amount paid, minus any gateway charge that cannot be recovered.

After access starts

Recorded and live courses are digital. Once lessons or PDFs are opened, the fee is not refunded. If we cancel a batch, you can move to the next batch or take a refund of the unused fee.

Failed payments

If money left your account and the site still says “not paid”, write to us with the order id and the bank reference. We confirm with the gateway before marking the enrolment paid or returning the amount.
